Want to be sure you receive information from our Pack the best way possible?  Be sure any family member is registered with the Pack in Scoutbook! We have a calendar of upcoming events and RSVPs.  You can also see your scout's progress toward their next rank and activities.  The Scoutbook account will follow your scout as they progress through Cubscouts into Scouts BSA!


Follow the steps below to make sure you register a Scouting.org account which will sync to Scoutbook.
**NOTE** If you have any problems during this process, you can send an email to us using the link at the bottom of this screen, or meet with us at the next event / meeting and we will try to work with you on the registration.

1) Visit the My Scouting.Org website

2) Click on the "Create Account" button on the left side of the screen

3) Fill out the required information on the first page.  Click the "Next" button to proceed to the second page.

4) After filling out the required information on the second page (email, address, DOB, etc) you must select a sign in option.  Picking the "BSA Credentials" option will have the site use a traditional username / password.  If you selected this option, choose your username / password.  Alternatively, you may choose to sync the authentication with your Apple ID or Google Account.  If you chose this option, continue the authentication process with Google or Apple.

5) After you have finished with your chosen authentication, the "Create Account" button will activate (turn blue) and you will be able to complete your registration with the My Scouting Website.

6) Allow a day or two for your account to synchronize across the scouting systems and then attempt to log into Scoutbook at scoutbook.scouting.org/ (aka Scoutbook) .  The Username and Password should be the same that was used to setup your My Scouting account in step 3.

7) Go into your Account profile in Scoutbook by selecting the "My Account" option from your Dashboard.

8) Find your Scoutbook ID send an email to the Pack (membership.cubscoutspack625@gmail.com) or use can use the link at the bottom of this screen) letting us know that you have completed the registration. Include in your email: (i)  your Scoutbook ID (SB ID), (ii) the email you registered, (iii) your scout's name, (iv) your scout's den, and (v) your scout's grade so that a member of the Pack can connect you to your scout.
**NOTE** It may take a few days for the accounts to replicate and sync, and for a member of the Pack volunteer leadership to connect your account. 

9) Once connected, you should receive an "invite" from Scoutbook.  Be sure to follow the instructions in this email.

8) Congratulations!  You should now be able to see and RSVP for events, track your scouts progress, and will begin to see emails from the pack which will look something like the image below.
